Well, the incredible feel of the wheel while maneuvering tight corners at top speeds is so realistic that this player literally feels real G-forces against his sides and back from his seat. He says that as you’re flying from pavement to grass and back again you feel every jerk, over steer, under steer and surface change. He prefers the in-car view though it took him some time to figure out how to change the camera view.
Another reviewer that admits to being a typical guy and not reading the instructions recommends that, guy or gal, read the darn instructions. After playing with the wheel not plugged in and thinking that the feedback was sort of weak, he plugged it into an outlet and… WOW! The drive came alive! It felt more realistic to him than any other driving video game he has ever played. So realistic was the feel of the wheel that when the car went airborne and then landed on the ground again, he was caught off guard when the wheel jerked out of his hands… much like you would imagine a real car landing after being airborne would feel like. To say that he was pleasantly amazed would be an understatement.
